For Deliveries Within UK

• UK: Standard Delivery £2.99 per item (Currently free with our Free Delivery promotion)
• UK: Express Delivery £4.99
• UK: Special Delivery £6.99

For Deliveries Outside UK

• Standard Worldwide Delivery: £4.99
• International Signed For Delivery: £4.99 (plus £4.99 Standard Worldwide Delivery)

For priority delivery UK, buyers may be interested in Express Delivery or Special Delivery. 

If ordered before 1pm orders with Express Delivery are despatched the same day and should be with you within1-2 working days.

If ordered before 1pm orders with Special Delivery are despatched the same day and are guaranteed to be delivered before 1pm the next working day.

For worldwide deliveries, buyers may be interested in International Signed For Delivery for extra reassurance that your item has been delivered. Orders wih International Signed For Delivery will be tracked by Character Planet up to the point of exit from the UK.

Items in stock are usually despatched within 7-10 working days from the date of purchase unless Express Delivery or Special Delivery has been purchased. We will not refund you or accept a return if an item is considered to have arrived late unless you pay for guaranteed Special Delivery. All orders that do not include either Express Delivery or Special Delivery can take up to 28 days to arrive. If you have any queries please don't hesitate to contact us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will be more than happy to offer you a full refund (including delivery costs) or a replacement. Buyers must contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods.

Delivery charges are non refundable unless the garment purchased is faulty or incorrect as a result of an error of Character Planet.

Wrong Size or Unwanted items

If you wish to return an item because you have ordered the wrong size or simply do not want the item, then we will offer you an exchange. Buyers must contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods.

• We will not accept returns if the items have visible signs of use ie: has been worn or washed
• Buyers must contact us via email regarding all returns ans await approval from us
  
• Returns must be received by us within 28 days after the buyer has contacted us regarding the return
• All items returned must be in original condition/packaging and include a print of approval email from us.
  
• Orders returned for exchange will incur a re-delivery charge
• Refunds will only be given on items that are deemed faulty. If the wrong size/colour has been ordered, then we will offer an exchange or credit note.
